§ 1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms of Service ('Regulations') define the rules for using the website available at www.quantuminsights.nl and the services provided by Quantum Data Insights B.V., with its registered office at Amstel 1, 1011 PN Amsterdam, Netherlands.
  2. Use of the website and services implies full acceptance of these Regulations. The User is obliged to comply with the provisions of these Regulations from the moment they start using the website.
  3. The service provider reserves the right to amend these Regulations at any time. Users will be informed of changes through a notice on the website. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
  4. All content published on the website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Quantum Data Insights B.V. and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

§ 2. Definitions

  • Platform – The online platform operated by Quantum Data Insights B.V. at www.quantuminsights.nl, used to present its commercial offer.
  • User – Any natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, which uses the Platform and the Services provided through it.
  • Account – Not applicable, as the website does not offer user account registration. All interactions are service-based.
  • Services – Consulting services in the field of Big Data, predictive analytics, business intelligence, and data engineering provided by Quantum Data Insights B.V.
  • Regulations – This document, the Terms of Service, which constitutes a binding agreement between the User and the service provider.

§ 3. Type and Scope of Services Provided

  1. The Platform provides information about the business activities and services offered by Quantum Data Insights B.V. Users can submit inquiries through a contact form to receive information or a quote for services. The scope of services is determined individually with each client.
  2. The services are B2B-oriented and intended for business entities. The specific terms of service provision, including scope, deadlines, and remuneration, are defined in a separate contract concluded with the client.
  3. Quantum Data Insights B.V. makes every effort to ensure the information on the Platform is accurate and up-to-date, but does not guarantee its completeness or correctness and is not liable for any errors.
  4. Use of the Platform is free of charge. The consulting Services provided by Quantum Data Insights B.V. are subject to payment as specified in the individual contract with the client.

§ 4. Technical Requirements

  1. To use the Platform correctly, the User must have a device with internet access and a modern web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
  2. The service provider is not responsible for any disruptions, including interruptions in the functioning of the Platform, caused by force majeure, unauthorized actions of third parties, or incompatibility of the Platform with the User's technical infrastructure.
  3. The User is prohibited from providing content of an unlawful nature or performing actions that could disrupt the proper functioning of the Platform.

§ 5. Rights and Obligations of the User

  1. The User is obliged to use the Platform in accordance with its intended purpose, these Regulations, and applicable laws. The User must provide truthful information in the contact form.
  2. The User is prohibited from using the Platform for purposes other than those related to the service provider's business activity, including for sending unsolicited commercial information (spam).
  3. The User acknowledges that all intellectual property rights to the content on the Platform, including proprietary methodologies and case studies, belong to Quantum Data Insights B.V. The User agrees not to use this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
  4. The User is responsible for any consequences arising from the use of the Platform in a manner inconsistent with these Regulations or the law.
  5. Any complaints regarding the functioning of the Platform should be submitted electronically to the email address provided in the contact details.

§ 6. Final Provisions

  1. Any disputes arising from the implementation of these Regulations shall be resolved by the competent court for the registered office of Quantum Data Insights B.V.
  2. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of Dutch law shall apply.
  3. These Regulations shall enter into force on the date of their publication on the Platform's website.
